SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping and all orders $100 and over are shipped FREE in the US. All of our items are shipped via USPS. This includes a complimentary tracking number to view the process of the order including an estimated delivery date. Most deliveries will arrive within 7-10 business days to anywhere in U.S., please allow up to 14 days for shipping before contacting us regarding a lost order as USPS can sometimes take longer than expected. During times of large sales it can sometimes take 14 days to receive your order, we try to not have that be the case and work as fast as we can to get your order out. We currently ship to the US and Canada only.
Invoices are not included in shipments as we try to be as eco-friendly as possible, they are however emailed to you right after your order. If you would like to print your own invoice you can log into your account or print the one that is sent to you via email after your order.

**Return/Exchange Policy effective 10/6/2019**
Returns: We understand items don't always work out so we are happy to accept returns and in exchange issue a gift card for the amount of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. We will approve the return and then issue a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Please note all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. All clothing must be unwashed, unworn, have no damage (excluding manufacturer defects) and in original packaging. All sale items (Final Few, Flash Sale, or any items purchased with a coupon code 30% or greater, shoes and accessories) are FINAL SALE. Returns are valid in store credit. Your credit will be given once the item has been received and inspected by our facility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return brings your order total below $50, we will deduct $5 from your store credit.
Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a different size in an item you can either:
- Reorder the item in the size you need and send the original item back to us for store credit
- Send the item back for store credit and then use store credit to repurchase the item in the size you would like
