Please note, only one coupon code/discount can be applied at a time. Gift cards and coupon codes can be combined. Items on sale or any flash sale items are not eligible for any other discounts.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for all orders. All of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS. This includes a complimentary tracking number to view the process of the order including an estimated delivery date. Most deliveries will arrive within 5 business days to anywhere in U.S., please allow up to 14 days for shipping before contacting us regarding a lost order as USPS can sometimes take longer than expected. We currently ship to the US and Canada only.  

Invoices are not included in shipments as we try to be as eco-friendly as possible, they are however emailed to you right after your order.  If you would like to print your own invoice you can log into your account or print the one that is sent to you via email after your order. 

Flat rate $20 Shipping in Canada. 

  *We are not responsible for items lost after shipment or sent to the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct before placing the order.   

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local to the Smyrna/Murfreesboro or surrounding areas, you can always pick up your online order. You can select local pickup at checkout. Please email us at nobella@nobellagrace.com to schedule a pick up time. 
 *Please note that the pickup location is in Christiana.

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

**Return/Exchange Policy effective 4/10/24**

Returns: We understand items don't always work out so we are happy to accept returns and in exchange issue a gift card for the amount of purchase, minus a $5 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please email us at nobella@nobellagrace.com. We will approve the return and then issue a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Please note all returns must be received back to us within 30 days of purchase. All clothing must be unwashed, unworn, have no damage (excluding manufacturer defects) and in original packaging. All sale items (Boho Bags, Final Few, Flash Sale, or any items purchased with a coupon code 25% or greater, shoes and accessories) are FINAL SALE. Returns are valid in store credit only. Your credit will be given as a gift card once the item has been received and inspected. No refunds will be given (unless item has a manufacture defect). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, we will deduct $5 as a restocking fee PER ITEM for any returns processed.  

Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a different size in an item you can either:

• Reorder the item in the size you need and send the original item back to us for store credit
• Send the item back for store credit and then use store credit to repurchase the item in the size you would like
